Major feature — Mirai now renders Arabic text natively with right-to-left (RTL) direction for Arabic-speaking users. RTL support is active across both Mirai Mini and Mirai Full Screen, giving you a consistent and correctly oriented experience in Arabic regardless of which interface you use.
Human support escalation
Major feature — After 3 chat interactions, a Request Human Support button appears on the right side of the suggested questions area. When you use it, the DEISO team receives an email notification and can respond to you either through Mirai AI or by email directly.
